Where Reflection Reveals What Remains

Mirror Box is a reflection experiment for notes that have not yet found their final form.
You are invited to send a short reflection: a truth, rupture, realization, threshold, or moment that stayed with you after the story changed.
Each Mirror Note enters the Mirror Box archive.
When enough reflections gather, the next Mirror Box Series begins
If you would like your note to be considered for Embody II — the story + portrait project — mention that in your email and review the participation terms here.
Otherwise, your reflection will remain within the Mirror Box archive and may be considered for future Mirror Box Series.
Your reflection does not need to explain everything.
It only needs to carry what stayed.

– What breath stayed when no one stayed?
– What part of you refused to disappear?
– What did life keep whispering, even when you ignored it? -

– What truth keeps returning, even when you avoid it?
– What do you know in your body but keep explaining away?
– What breaks you open instead of breaking you down? -
Choose one prompt:
– Where do you perform safety instead of feeling it?
– What part of you do you hide because you think it will not be loved?
– Where do you shrink to avoid losing someone? -
Choose one prompt:
– When have you felt held, even for one moment?
– Who softened you without trying to fix you?
– Where do you abandon yourself to stay chosen? -

– What version of you is emerging before your life has caught up?
– What are you outgrowing?
– Beyond fear, what becomes possible? -
Choose one prompt:
– What kind of presence makes you soften instead of guard?
– If someone could sit with your truth without flinching, what would you finally say?
– What do you want witnessed without advice?
Six mirrors. Six entry points.
Each mirror opens a different layer of reflection: breath, truth, fracture, connection, becoming, or stillness.
